Group Counselling
Group counselling is a unique environment that offers the opportunity to not only gain new information about a particular subject/obstacle, but also connects you with other people who understand what you are going through. Keep an eye out for group classes coming up in the future or else feel free to reach out to me if you would like me to present for you.
