Find your wave of light

Offering therapy for St. Albert, surrounding areas & Alberta.

You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Therapy can offer a supportive, confidential space to better understand what you’re going through and find practical ways to move forward.

Therapy can be a collaborative process where your voice, values, and goals guide the work. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and support you in taking an active role in your own journey.

You don’t need to have all the answers before beginning. Therapy can help you make sense of your experiences and move forward in a way that feels safe and manageable.

When your relationship with your body feels difficult, it can be exhausting. Therapy can help you navigate these experiences with care, develop self-compassion, and find ways to better support your well-being.

Brittany mainly practices from a trauma-informed and humanistic perspective, with an eclectic approach to help meet people where they’re at. What does this actually mean? Basically that you are her boss. This is about YOUR journey, and therefore your story, opinions, and feelings matter and need to be heard. With this approach, you are the expert of your own life and together, with your knowledge and Brittany’s knowledge in counselling, we can work together towards whatever your goals may be. Brittany strives to create a safe, warm, engaging, empowering, and collaborative environment.

Brittany has experience supporting a variety of issues & pulls in a variety of theoretical backgrounds to help inform her practice and help best meet the needs of any clients she is working with. You can learn more about Brittany & how she practices below.
